Finding your DREAM DRESS
WHEN SHOULD YOU START?
12-14 months before your wedding day.
- First stop is to do our “Dream Dress Quiz”. It really helps you define your wedding vibe and importantly which store to visit.(we have two)
- You can easily book in advance on our website as we have a super easy online booking system that operates 24-7. Oh yes we never sleep!
- We will call you ahead of your appointment to chat about your three favourite dresses and have them ready and waiting for you.
- No need to be nervous and come prepared to find your dress, most girls buy one of the first 3 or 4 they try !!
- No need to bring shoes, we have that covered, but do try to wear nude undies and keep your fake tan for another day.
- We ask that you bring no more than three guests, we are not a wedding factory and so our space is limited.

It’s STYLING TIME
6 MONTHS BEFORE
So you’ve found your dress. What happens now?
Your bridal look doesn’t end with the dress. If you’d like help perfecting the finishing touches, we’re here to style every detail.
If you didn’t choose your veil or accessories when you found your gown, you’re welcome to return for a dedicated styling appointment. From neckscarfs to veil and luxury earings we have a beautiful edit.
All veils are made to order and colour match your dress perfectly, we also ensure the right length for your dress train.

Our FITTING SERVICES
8-10 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING.
- Fitting your wedding dress is a vital part of the service we offer, with 19 years experience we have a superb team of technically brilliant couture fitters who know our dresses inside out.
- You always have two fittings in your dress and usually collect on your second fitting..
- Remember this is your actual dress, so try to keep your makeup to a minimum.
- We offer two types of fittings services.
- All our Couture, Made to Measure and calico services are fitted in house by our expert couture level fitters. These are performed in the store where you purchased your dress.
- All of our other Dresses are offered a fitting service with the same couture level fitters at their studios. This service is much more flexible and offered by location. They have availability over weekends and late nights.
- We will advise you which fitting service is offered when you buy your dress.
- PS. Timelines for made-to-measure and calico service are different to standard dress sizes, you will be advised individually about your dress.
04.
Time to collect your DRESS
IT’S COLLECTION DAY
- If you are collecting your dress with us to take to your fitter we will let you know when your dress arrives so you can book on line.
- You will come in for your 45 minute collection and final styling check before leaving with your dress.
- If you have a Couture/ Made to measure gown we will advise you on your collection date after your fittings.
- For both services and at the end of your fittings hours are spent preparing your dress and accessories until they are utterly pristine, lovingly tissue wrapped and protected in a special Wedding dress bag.
WHO WILL DRESS YOU?
- Before you collect your dress Mum or your Bridesmaid will be shown how to get you into your dress. This is really important.
