Well, I did it, live on Sky 3 chatting about the trends for the year ahead.

I was so excited when I arrived at the Television Studio in London that I lost track of time and totally forgot to eat.

I was shown into the Green Room, which incidentally wasn’t green and unlike the Green Room on the Jonathan Ross show it had only tea or fruit tea. I was looking for Gin or Wine to calm my nerves – not every day one goes out LIVE without time delay on SKY Chrissy B show.

Anyway it was great fun but somewhat nerve racking when they started the countdown to go live – 5, 4, 3 ,2 and live – gulp.
