We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of a brand new collection to our Beaconsfield boutique. Australian based bridal brand Made with Love.

 

 

The Made with Love story started in February 2013 when MWL director Carla got engaged. Beyond the usual wedding planning excitement there was a struggle. Carla couldn’t find the one dress that was perfect in style, fit and price. Despite searching the Gold Coast and Brisbane high and low it was clear it didn’t exist.

Determined not to compromise Carla began designing and had her dress custom made. This creation led to a friendship with her seamstress and ALOT of hard work later, her ‘one off’ bespoke bridal gown, became a few…

Having a natural flair for style and a love for all things ‘wedding’, Carla created a Made with Love Bridal Facebook and Instagram account that highlighted a following of interest. Almost unintentionally, the first Made with Love collection was completed in June 2013.

A few years down the line and Made with Love have grown and developed, becoming eponymous with bold feminine style and wow-factor details. We’ve had Made with Love on the radar for a while. Inspired by their effortless elegance and having been in touch with them since last November, we’re absolutely delighted to now be able to include them in our Ellie Sanderson collections. Yes, if you’re just starting your wedding dress journey  – you should be very excited!

 

It’s been a long process as Made with Love had so many enquiries for new stockists in the UK. Proving their attention to detail, they checked out everyone in terms of suitability to carry such a label and represent it true to the brand. This simply means we’re even more honoured to be able to stock the brand and share it with you lovely brides to be.

 

We stole Ellie away from the boutique for 5 mins to get her initial thoughts: “Me and the girls did a little dance when we got the call to say YES it was us. With only a handful of UK stockists so these little darlings are beyond exclusive. They are for girls who love lace, soft fabrics and want a relaxed vibe on their wedding day.”

 

They have so many personalisation options too. Raising neckline, adding a split to the skirt, colour changes, fabric changes…Ensuring that everyone of these dresses will be utterly unique.”

We just know that Made with Love is going to be popular with our beautiful brides to be. How could you not fall in love with the lace, the beading, the cut, the subtle statement and sexy styling of the collection. We’ve definitely fallen – head over!
