We do love a bit of sparkle at Ellie Sanderson, when designed with skill sparkle can add to a dress and create a romantic, stunning gown. Our gorgeous bride Nicky is also a fan of a bit of sparkle, and found ‘the one’ in our Beaconsfield Boutique; Leah by Sassi Holford.
Nicky and Phil were married at St Giles Church, Stoke Poges, a beautiful old chuch, their reception was at a garden marquee in the village.
Leah is a beautiful, romantic gown, in a column style. A delicate sweetheart neckline is overlayed with soft cappuccino tulle, and of course layered with sparkle. The low back screams gorgeousness whilst a lovely belt detail cinches in the waist, flattering the figure. This gown suited Nicky down to an absolute T; teamed with a veil in the church the gown was romantic and modest, then transformed into the perfect party dress for their evening do. The sequins matched the chandelier and all the fairy lights in their marquee perfectly, oh and if you hadn’t noticed they also had a glitterball!! As Nicky moved on the dancefloor the dress twinkled perfectly!
Nicky and Phil went for blues creams and yellows for their theme. With the maid of honour, Nicky’s sister, in pale blue, flower girls in cream and gold dresses with gold butterfly shoes and gyspohila flower crowns. Page boys wore pale blue and white striped suits (shorts!) and white converse, in total they had 8 little ones all nieces and nephews who just look the cutest!
Flowers were various combinations of cream, blue and yellow, and following through their theme shots of limoncello served with desert – YUM!
It was such a pleasure to have you in our Beaconsfield store Nicky, you looked absolutely fabulous on your special day and wore Leah so well!
Congratulations from Ellie and all the girls x
