Trust Taylor Swift to shake that up (or should we say Shake It Off?). Her 3rd July wedding saw parts of New York City shut down as hundreds of guests – reportedly over 1,000 – arrived at Madison Square Gardens for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding. And just like that, the big wedding was back. What we love about Taylor Swift’s wedding

Despite Swift and Kelce going big on the venue and guest list, the couple kept things really personal. Guests have spoken about how the venue was filled with photos of the bride and groom at different stages of their lives, and pictures of the beautiful monogramed napkins give to guests have been popping up all over our Instagram feed.

We also love that the couple threw out the rule book and curated a wedding that was 100% them. From Taylor mixing up the traditional wedding party and choosing her brother as her “man of honour” instead of having bridesmaids, to having their friend Adam Sandler act as celebrant, every detail suited their couple style.

There’s been a lot of secrecy around Taylor Swift’s wedding dress – as is the bride’s prerogative – and so far, no sneak peeks have been leaked or shared online. What we do know is that Taylor wore a custom Christian Dior Haute Couture gown designed by Jonathan Anderson. She finished the look with bespoke Christian Louboutin shoes (a CLASSIC) and Cartier jewellery.
