What brands do we stock?

The Sample EDIT is a constantly evolving selection of sample wedding dresses. We have gowns from iconic designers including Suzanne Neville, Moira Hughes, Jesus Peiró, KHYA Bride and more. It’s a reflection of what we stock in our two boutiques, so expect modern gowns showcasing everything from minimalist silhouettes and contemporary clean lines to romantic lace and fashion-forward shapes. The best bit? We refresh The EDIT weekly, meaning no two visits are ever the same. Our collection is curated with passion and care, helping to make luxurious and sustainable wedding dresses available to all our brides.

What wedding dress discounts are available?

Ladies, we’re talking HUGE savings. Most of the wedding gowns in The Sample EDIT are available at 50-70% off their original price. Dresses range in price from around £595 to £1,795. Super-luxe bridal gowns at a total steal; you’re welcome!

Are any of The Sample EDIT gowns damaged?

No. Every wedding dress comes directly from our award-winning Ellie Sanderson boutiques and is in good condition. Some dresses are in ‘as new’ condition, while others may need a little restoration work – to make it easy for our brides to know which is which, we’ve graded each dress as follows:

• Grade 1 – Excellent condition, as new
• Grade 2 – Very good condition, some repairs
• Grade 3 – Good, needs restoration work

What’s The Sample EDIT experience like?

Just because you’re buying a sample wedding dress, it doesn’t mean you’ll miss out on the whole Ellie Sanderson experience. The EDIT is exclusively by appointment only, so you can have the time and space to pick out your dream gown. You’ll also have the one-to-one attention of our fabulous bridal stylists, who can talk you through the dresses in The Sample EDIT collection and help you try them on. We are committed to giving every single bride that luxurious, ES experience, no matter the price of the dress.

Can I take my wedding dress home on the day?

Absolutely. Every gown is available for you to take home immediately (hooray to no waiting!). However, despite the huge savings, all the gowns are designer pieces so do require specialist fitting for you to look your best. At Ellie Sanderson we offer a comprehensive fitting service for all dresses, working with the best fitters across the  Home Counties. We can book in these fitting appointments to suit you, and our team will be able to offer you advice on approximate costs and the amount of work required on the day, so you can get a better idea of overall costs before you buy.

You can find this exclusively curated collection at our Ellie Sanderson Kiddington studio. It’s a gorgeous, converted wedding dress barn in Oxfordshire, just a few miles outside the centre of Woodstock. We have plenty of free parking on site and you can find us at Gate Farm Barns, Park Road, Kiddington, Woodstock OX20 1DB.
